Refund/Cancellation Policy

Townwear guarantees all their products to be marketable and free of defects. Our policy is to refund the cost of any product not marketable because of any defects.

All our products are custom made. Once an order is in production it may not be canceled, or returned for credit unless it has was delivered with a defect.
